You are responsible for ensuring that every playlist and item of content you add is legal and that you have the necessary rights to use it.
3. Device access
Trials and activations are associated with the relevant device identity. Reinstalling the application does not reset a trial.

We may update the player and this website to improve reliability, security and functionality.
